From Junior to Pro: Start Your Journey with Juan Lebrón’s Team

This July, Barcelona becomes the heart of padel ambition. Whether you’re a rising junior or a passionate amateur adult, the Juan Lebrón Campus offers a rare and powerful opportunity to immerse yourself in the training philosophy of one of the sport’s greatest.

From July 20 to 26, forty young players between the ages of 9 and 17 will take part in a weeklong, all-inclusive high-performance experience at the Munay Club in Viladecans, just minutes from Barcelona El Prat Airport. With thirteen outdoor panoramic courts and premium facilities, including a pool, café, and restaurant, the setting mirrors the rhythm and atmosphere of the professional circuit. Over the course of the week, these young athletes will undergo seven intense padel sessions, four physical preparation blocks, and two advanced video-analysis workshops, all designed and delivered by Juan Lebrón’s official coaching team. They’ll also take part in a masterclass on sports nutrition and an exclusive clinic with Lebrón himself, gaining firsthand insight into the habits, mindset, and tactics of a world number one.

Accommodation is provided at a nearby four-star hotel with full board, daily transport, and laundry service, allowing the players to focus entirely on their development. To complete the experience, each participant will receive a full gear set from the Juan Lebrón x Babolat collection, including the Technical Viper racket, not as souvenirs, but as essential tools for the next step in their journey.

This year, for the first time, the Juan Lebrón Campus also opens its doors to adult players. From July 21 to 24, forty amateur participants with intermediate to advanced skill levels will take part in four evenings of high-intensity padel training, guided by Juan Lebrón’s Head Pro and a team of ten professional coaches. After an initial level test to assign each player to their ideal group, the sessions run from 6 to 9pm, focusing on technical precision, tactical intelligence, and physical conditioning, all rooted in Lebrón’s methodology. The experience includes an internal tournament supervised by Lebrón himself, creating an electric and competitive environment. Beyond the court, the adult campus is a place to connect with like-minded players from around the world, fostering both community and a shared commitment to excellence. Each participant receives official Babolat equipment, personal coaching feedback, and a diploma that marks their engagement with one of the sport’s most respected training systems.

Whether you’re stepping onto the court for the first time in Barcelona or chasing a lifelong dream, this summer’s Juan Lebrón Campus is more than a camp, it’s a turning point. A place where work meets passion, and where training becomes transformation.
