The experience
The 2 Day Padel Camp is an intensive training experience designed for adult players who want to improve their game through a high-quality, competition-oriented format, set within the elite environment of the Rafa Nadal Academy.
This weekend camp condenses the Academy’s performance methodology into two focused days, combining physical preparation, technical–tactical training, and daily competitive play. Each day ends with match-based sessions, allowing players to immediately apply what they have learned in real-game situations.
It is the ideal option for players looking for a short but impactful padel experience, balancing structured training with competitive intensity.

Discover the impressive sports facilities at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, a world-class space where athletes and sports enthusiasts can play, train and develop their full potential. Equipped with the latest technologies and surrounded by an inspiring environment, the facilities are the perfect setting for success in sport. Thanks to state-of-the-art padel facilities featuring 9 outdoor courts and 7 indoor courts, the academy has developed padel training programs for both youth and adults since its inception.

Travel details
Each day follows a high-performance structure designed to prepare the body, develop technical skills, and finish with competitive padel.
The day starts with 45 minutes of specific physical preparation, focused on activation, mobility, and injury prevention. This is followed by 2 hours of group technical–tactical training, where players work on stroke execution, positioning, teamwork, and decision-making under the guidance of coaches trained in the Rafa Nadal Academy methodology.
In the afternoon, players return to the court for a 1 hour and 30 minute competition-focused session, dedicated to real match situations. This structure ensures continuity, intensity, and immediate application of the concepts learned during training.
